Osama bin laden
Osama bin Laden was a violent terrorist and mass murderer who used bombings and bloodshed to advance his extremist goals. He was also known as Usama bin Laden. He orchestrated a series of attacks in multiple nations that resulted in the deaths of thousands of men, women, and children, frequently ordinary citizens going about their daily lives after he established the terrorist organization al Qaeda. The Extremist Roots of Bin Laden Bin Laden was born in Saudi Arabia in 1957. His father was a wealthy Saudi businessman. Bin Laden began providing Islamic fighters fighting the Soviets with financial and logistical support following the Soviet Union's invasion of Afghanistan at the end of 1979.
